Contrast of Videos

I saw that the audience were wealthy and drinking there expensive liquors and had nothing to do in that video. Now days anybody can go watch a movie in many places. In that time they needed expensive things to create an animation and had to draw the 4000 pictures. Now we have Flash and it automatically does the individual frame all we do is draw an object select were it starts and were it will end. It will take us about 30 seconds and it took him 1 month to make that film. there both pictures that have the illusion that it moves from one frame to the next frame.

How do you creat a motion tween?

1. Open flash program
2. create a shape
3. click on insert
4. then on motion tween
5. select your shape
6. move the play head
7. put the figure when you want it to start and end
8. click on the line and move the line
9. click return and it will move

That is Sarah is legally right. Copyright exists from the moment it is created they don't necessary need to get a copyright its voluntary.

Copyright Vocabulary

Copyright -protects your work so others wont steel it. if you say something but someone else wrights it it now belongs to them.

Fair use- is a guideline of how much copyright item can be used legally without permission.

For Sale Doctrine-the person who buys(the new owner) it its allowed to transfer a copy without permission and the old owner cant do anything to change it.

Intellectual Property- Things we come up with like our imagination, thoughts, etc.

Patent-  you can use your idea for a certainer amount of time then others can use it.

Permission- permission to use someones work 

Phonorecords- new technology that can be stored in a digital device.

Plagiarism- to steal someones work and not giving the credit to that source.

Public Domain- the copyright protection has expired and now it belongs to the public.

Trademark- a symbol or word that identifies a product like the apple for macs, i-pods, etc. 

Copyright Song Story Questions

1. Ryan is right because she did give it to him and it does not belong to her anymore,but since she sent a copy of that then it really does not belong to him since he does not have the original copy.
2. Sarah really can't do anything.Now that she has the original copy and was her idea she can get some benefit from what ever benefit he will get whit her letter.

Animation: I think animations are like cartoons like Pooh. In a cartoon anything is possible and its not nesesary realistic like batman he can do things and have things that in the real life you probaly can't.I would like to learn to creat animations and little cartoons.
